We aim to despatch goods within 3/4 working days of receipt of order.   In the unlikely event that a chosen yarn is currently out of stock, we will order the yarn from our suppliers.  If this is the case you will be contacted via e-mail with expected delivery times, and you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the order.

No charges are made until the items have been despatched.

Packages weighing up to 2kg are despatched using Royal Mail/Parcel Force.   Deliveries within the UK are sent 1st Class, where as deliveries to other destinations are sent via Airmail.  Expected deliveries outside of the UK are 3 days for Westen Europe, 5 days for Eastern Europe and 5 days outside Europe.  Packages weighing over 2kg are sent using Parcel Force.  Expected delivery time within the UK is 3/4 days.   Outside of the UK, these larger packages may take up to 12 days for remote locations.
